Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items include special orders, clearance items, and products marked as final sale.
How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other materials that came with it.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is accepted:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you, subject to availability.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

To expedite the process, please send photos of the damaged or defective product, along with a description of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. If Sparkys Wholesale is responsible for the return, we will cover the shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
